In Math 1, homeschoolers learn to count to higher numbers, develop an understanding of addition and subtraction, put numbers in order, and learn how to count in specific intervals.  We will then expose students to fractions and decimals, time, graphs, and tables.  Interacting with numbers and manipulating amounts will give young homeschool students the foundation they need to learn multiplication, division, and a variety of other mathematical concepts in the coming years.
