Our Culinary Arts course will appeal not only to those who wish to pursue a career as a chef, but to anyone who wants to know their way around a kitchen.  We will discuss how to prepare complex foods, maintain a cleanly, healthy kitchen, develop special touches to improve presentation, measure ingredients, and create healthy, great-tasting meals.  Homeschoolers will learn how to make cooking a fun and tasty endeavor.  With Culinary Arts, students will be well on their way to becoming kings of the kitchen.
