Homeschoolers will continue reading landmark works in literature such as Harper Lee's gripping tale of race relations and the ghastly residue of slavery in To Kill a Mockingbird, Shakespeare's timeless tale of love and loss Romeo and Juliette, Anne Franke's heartbreaking and life affirming diary, and more.  Students will be introduced to the spellbinding horror of Edgar Allen Poe, and the unsettling social commentary of Lord of the Flies.  During their explorations into classic literature, homeschool students will continue reinforcing what they've learned in grammar, spelling, and writing conventions.
